I am licensed in the state of California as a marriage and family therapist and specialize in work with individual adults. My approach to psychotherapy is informed by psychodynamic, relational, attachment, experiential cognitive and somatic models of psychotherapy.  I have worked in the field of mental health for over 25 years, as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2003.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.  I am a certified AEDP Therapist and Certified AEDP Supervisor (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). I also have post-masters training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Hakomi Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, Psycho-physical Psychotherapy, and EMDR.
